The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economoy ranks world's 12 largest economies each year under for criteria: Buildings, Industries, Transportation and overall National Effort to be energy efficient. This year Canada performed very badly, 2nd from the last! Only Russia performed worse, landing on the last place.
