	Richard Jones, MBA, P.Eng, CMC President & CEO Richard has over 25 years of experience in integrated petroleum, natural gas distribution, and Information & Communications Technology firms. Prior to joining SHIFT Energy, he was the Maritime Regional Director of xwave, a Division of Bell Aliant. Richard is actively involved in several not-for-profit organizations. He enjoys golf, piano and guitar.
	Robert Johnson Director of Business Development Robert's career spans over 20 years in various industries including Provincial and Federal Government, the Oil and Gas industry, Construction, Mining, Marine, Military, Insurance and most currently, the Security industry. Throughout his career, Robert accumulated extensive experience in developing long-term business relationships with both government and private sectors. Robert is an active board member of his son's hockey league 'Cape Breton Minor Hockey'.
	Wei Zhang, P.Eng., CEM Director of Products & Services Coming from the Oils Sands Industry, Wei is an entrepreneur at heart. Wei had successfully started several ICT companies. He holds a B. Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Technical Management & Entrepreneurship. He is a Certified Energy Manager. Wei loves skiing and fishing.
	Arick Disilva, MBA Director of Marketing & Communications Arick has 8 plus years of international experience in retails, marketing, brand management and advertising in Asian, European and North American marketplaces. He has a BBA in Marketing and IT and an MBA in Innovation and Technology Management. Arick's hobby is design and animation.
	Rick Meyer Director of Operations Rick comes from a dynamic senior software developer/architect role with 20+ years of experience in the ICT industry. Rick is responsible for implementing and supporting our solution including its business logic, integration technologies, security and day to day operations. Rick is an avid sports enthusiast with interest in hiking, rowing and snowboarding
	Bill McKenna, P.Eng. Program Manager Bill is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience within the information technology and telecommunications industry. His background spans business development, strategic and tactical planning as well as architecture and implementations of internet infrastructure and network technologies. Bill was a member of a select team that structured and delivered the multi-billion dollar deal that saw the creation of Bell Aliant. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy and their daughters Lacey, Tia and Kate.
	Charles Holleran, P.Eng., CMVP Senior Energy Engineer Charlie Holleran is a Registered Engineer and a Certified Energy Engineer with over 15 years experience in hardware and software for embedded systems, power supplies, RF, and digital systems. Charlie has worked in Nuclear Power Generation, Space Programs, RF communications and Initiation of Explosives. Charlie is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional. Charlie enjoys swimming and biking with his two boys and coaching minor hockey.
	Paul Masey Technical Sales & Support Based on Nova Scotia, Paul provides technical sales and support to our sales and customer care team, arranging implementaion plan with operations and being there in the field whenever the customers need him.
	Gary Ogden Architect Gary is an information systems professional with more than fourteen years of experience in the design and delivery of software architecture, database administration and SaaS solutions. He has contributed to and lead small and medium-sized teams working with a wide range of technologies in the Telecommunications, Finance, Automotive and Retail /Distribution industries, often in a consulting capacity.
	Beth Agar Sales Executive Our newest team member Beth provides customer care and sales support to the sales and marketing team. She has over 17 years of experience in accounting, financial services, sales and customer care.
