Bundling our core technology with engineering analysis services, SHIFT Energy offers three separate packages of our EnergyMentor™ solution targeted towards the need of energy monitoring, performance and enterprise-wise engagement.

Each offering is tailored to meet specific customer types and/or business requirements with incremental features and functionalities:
M&V

This is our basic package - designed to provide a simple, low-cost, real-time energy Measurement & Verification service for customers who have the in-house engineering capability to analyze the real-time information and make changes to building operation on a continuous basis.  Features include:

  • Real-time, 24/7 monitoring
  • Standard dashboard views with minimal customization
  • Standard Reporting templates
  • Standard 'Public View' templates for stakeholder engagement
VEM

Our Virtual Energy Manager package is for customers who do not have the engineering capability to analyze the real-time data and information and who have effectively outsourced their energy management requirements to SHIFT Energy in order to achieve performance targets.  Features include:

  • 10-20 hrs./month of consulting and analysis by our certified energy experts
  • Performance target setting  and notification
  • Monthly and quarterly reports prepared by SHIFT Energy Experts
  • May offer energy performance guarantees
Enterprise

Our premium package, Enterprise package is targeted towards large corporations who require integration of energy management information systems with other enterprise applications. The goal is to provide savings based on preset targets, then linking the result with business, financial or operation metrics. Features include:

  • Support for multiple sites
